Disclosed are a human waist slimming apparatus and a controlling method thereof. The apparatus comprises a U-shaped support frame and a support, wherein the U-shaped support frame is provided with a magnetotherapy and slimming belt, a temperature adjustment barrel, a micro-controller, a changeover switch and a pulse generator; the magnetotherapy and slimming belt is provided with a plurality of electromagnetic heads; the magnetotherapy and slimming belt is provided with a temperature sensor; and a blower, an exhauster a heater and a cooler are provided within the temperature adjustment barrel. The blower blows ambient air into the temperature adjustment barrel, and the temperature sensor detects the temperature within the magnetotherapy and slimming belt. When the temperature in the magnetotherapy and slimming belt is not in a preset temperature range, the temperature of the ambient air is adjusted to a temperature in the preset temperature range by the temperature adjustment barrel, and the constant-temperature air is blown into the magnetotherapy and slimming belt to achieve a stable temperature at the human waist. Each of the electromagnetic heads generates a pulse magnetic field to stimulate different acupoints of the human waist so as to promote blood circulation of the human waist.
