The present invention relates to a forgery detection system, method and program. The forgery detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step in which an authenticity authentication server creates a first random key having a specific number of digits (S100); a step in which the authenticity authentication server checks if the first random key has been previously created and issued as an authenticity certification code (S200); a step in which, if the first random key is a newly created key, the authenticity authentication server creates an authenticity certification code by using the first random key (S300); and a step in which, if the first random key is a pre-created key, the authenticity authentication server re-creates the first random key (S400).
