The invention relates to prophylactic lubricants for treating a metallic surface of mining transport equipment to prevent moist loose rocks from freezing thereto. The technical result of the claimed anti-icing liquid for treating walls and floors of mining transport equipment to prevent the freezing and congealing of coal in bulk and during the transport of loose cargo is to reduce the kinematic viscosity of a composition, preserve the fluidity of said composition down to -40°C, and improve the sinterability and coking properties of coal.
