ANTI-ICING LIQUID FOR TREATING THE WALLS AND FLOORS OF MINING TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT TO PREVENT FREEZING AND CONGEALING OF COAL IN BULK AND DURING THE TRANSPORT OF LOOSE CARGO

The invention relates to prophylactic lubricants for treating the metallic surfaces of mining transport equipment to prevent moist loose rocks from freezing thereto. An anti-icing liquid comprises a mixture of a lubricant base, for which the alkaline waste of caprolactam production (AWCP) is used, and an additive which prevents stratification and lowers the freezing temperature. The liquid additionally contains gilsonite, which raises the mechanical strength of coke; POD oil, a byproduct of the oxidation and dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol, is used as the additive to prevent stratification and lower the freezing temperature; and urea, a diamide of carbonic acid, is used as an additive to reduce the kinematic viscosity of the composition. The technical result is that of reducing the kinematic viscosity of the composition, preserving the fluidity of the composition down to -40°C, and improving the sinterability and coking properties of coal.
