An intelligent system for controlling the pressure of an electric brush (1), and a system for controlling the pressure of the electric brush (1). The intelligent system for controlling the pressure of the electric brush (1) comprises: a force sensor (3) which is provided on a pulling end of the electric brush (1), and a mover (5) of a controllable power device which is connected to the force sensor (3). A thrust force is transferred to the electric brush (1) by means of the force sensor (3); the force sensor (3) is connected to the controllable power device by means of a controller, so as to form a closed-loop control system for controlling the pressure between the electric brush (1) and a slip ring (2) to be within a predetermined range.
