Provided are an automobile express delivery route rapid input method and a system. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a bar code of an express delivery, the bar code and an automobile identity being bound together (101); obtaining coordinates of an automobile (102); and automatically inputting address information corresponding to the coordinates into a route of the bar code bound therewith (103). The method has an advantage of rapid route input.
