Disclosed are a 2.5D curved surface touch screen cover board and an edging cutter thereof, wherein the edging cutter comprises a cutter handle (1), a rough processing portion (2), a fine processing portion (4) and a cutting head (6) connected successively from top to bottom; the rough processing portion (2) comprises a first arc bevelling area (21) and a first column (22) connected to each other in the vertical direction, the upper end of the first arc bevelling area (21) being connected to the cutter handle (1); and the fine processing portion (4) comprises a first straight-edge bevelling area (41), a second arc bevelling area (42) and a second column (43) connected successively from top to bottom, the upper end of the first straight-edge bevelling area (41) being connected to the first column (22), the lower end of the second column (43) being connected to the cutting head (6), and the bottom portion of the cutting head (6) being in an arc shape or a V shape. The edging cutter can satisfy the requirements for processing a touch screen cover board at different positions, improves the processing efficiency, and can realize fine processing of a curved surface touch screen cover board at the same time, thereby obtaining a curved surface screen with a better visual effect. A curved surface touch screen cover board processed by using the edging cutter provides more comfort when held by a hand.
