The present invention relates to the field of Internet, and provides an information pushing method for an instant hotel price matching technology and a publishing system. The method comprises: recording hotel information published to a system by a hotel, the hotel information comprising an instant price and an effective time of the instant price, and recording a highest acceptable price and a check-in time published to the system by a user; searching, according to the highest acceptable price and the check-in time published by the user to the system, whether there is hotel information comprising an instant price lower than the highest acceptable price and an effective time the same as the check-in time of the user; if not, maintaining the original status; and if yes, pushing to the user the hotel information comprising the instant price lower than the highest acceptable price and the effective time the same as the check-in time of the user, and pushing patent information to the user. The present invention allows a system to actively push, to a user, hotel information meeting demands of the user, so as to achieve accurate matching between supply and demand, and protects the rights of a patentee (applicant).
