The device has a reasonable design, can move along a rail conveniently and rapidly, and can atomize the liquid pesticide into a partial ionized state under the action of the induced draft fan, thereby greatly improving the pesticide utilization rate to ensure the normal growth of crops, and integrating same with intelligent controls, such as temperature control, to improve the degree of automation thereof.
