Disclosed are a three-layer paper-making net and a method for manufacturing the same. The three-layer paper-making net comprises a paper forming layer (100), an intermediate connecting layer (200) and a machine layer (300). The present manufacturing method comprises alternately weaving by using at least two weaving methods to form the paper forming layer, the at least two weaving methods at least comprising a plain weaving method, a satin weaving method and a twill weaving method. The three-layer paper-making net and the method for manufacturing the same may improve the flatness of the paper forming layer, the abrasion resistance of the machine layer, and the firmness of bonding between the layers.
