The present invention relates to the field of phone software and provides a dish comment method based on a QR code, and a comment system. The method comprises: recording QR codes matching dishes and recording an information feedback end matching the QR codes; collecting user comment information according to QR code scanning information of a user; and sending the user comment information to the information feedback end matching the QR codes. By matching a QR code according to a dish and collecting user comments on the dish, the present invention makes it more convenient for the restaurant to collect improvement suggestions to help the restaurant improve the service quality.
