The present invention relates to a cap having a tea mesh filter coupled thereto and, more specifically, to a device which is put in a beverage container to brew tea, the device comprising: a cap-shaped body, which has a shape of a box having one open end and is coupled to an entrance of a container containing water; a support string having one end coupled to an inner surface of the other end of the body; and a tea mesh filter, which has multiple holes through the outer surface thereof, is a structure having an inner space in which tea is inserted, and has one end coupled to the other end of the support string, wherein the device is coupled to the container containing water in a method in which the entrance of the container is inserted into the one end of the body while the tea mesh filter is inserted into the entrance of the container, to allow tea contained in the tea mesh filter to be brewed. In the present invention, a tea mesh filter is coupled to a cap, which has a size identical to that of a mineral water bottle of 300 ml to 2 liter, to allow a user to brew and drink various teas according to the user's taste. In other words, the tea mesh filter is coupled to the cap, which has a size identical to that of a mineral water bottle of 300 ml to 2 liter, to allow a user to brew and easily drink tea as desired, by simply replacing the cap.
