The invention relates to an environmentally-friendly flat or three- dimensionally formed panel, consisting of a mixture of dead seagrass [dried whole, broken or crushed (powdered)] leaves of Posidonia Oceanica, which are binded to each other with a binder. The layer of the seagrass mixture has either a backing which is placed as a base or is positioned between two layers of the seagrass mixture, as a backinging core between the two layers of the seagrass mixture or does not have. All materials are compressed to bind together and then the chosen finish applied to the panel surface. Posidonia Oceanica dead leaves are ecological, recyclable and environmentally friendly material that is a particularly healthy choice for both indoor private and public spaces.
