The present invention relates to the field of communications, and provides a method and system for adjusting information push according to market feedback, capable of terminating the application of the technology when most users disable the technology. The method comprises: a vehicle-mounted device sending, to a server, positioning information carrying a current location and a maximum serial number that is previously received and corresponds to the current location; the server collecting, on the basis of a navigation service, statistics about places where the vehicle-mounted device frequently appears, and after determining that the current location is not a place where the vehicle-mounted device frequently appears, obtaining target push information according to the current location and the corresponding maximum serial number, the target push information being push information corresponding to the current location and having a serial number greater than the maximum serial number; sending the target push information to the vehicle-mounted device; reading use states of the technology of other users from cloud data; and stopping pushing information to the vehicle-mounted device when the number of users who close the technology exceeds a specific threshold.
