By configuring a charging interface (12) on a handle of a public transport system, the purpose of providing an instant charging service for a user is realized, and moreover, by providing a display screen (11) and an intelligent chip (33) having a multimedia playback function and a near field communication function, the handle can implement an intelligent interactive function, providing entertainment and also other considerate services for a passenger.
