A glucose concentration detection device. The device comprises a measurement body (2), an infrared light transmission end (1), an infrared light reception end (10), and a controller (4). The infrared light transmission end (1) and the infrared light reception end (10) are both electrically connected to the controller (4). The measurement body (2) is of a U-shaped structure. The infrared light transmission end (1) is disposed on an internal surface on one side of the U-shaped structure of the measurement body (2), and the infrared light reception end (10) is disposed on an inner surface on the other side of the U-shaped structure of the measurement body (2). The bottom of the U-shaped structure is used for placing a transparent container (11) of a glucose injection (12) to be measured. In the glucose concentration detection device, the measurement body (2) is set as a U-shaped structure, the infrared light transmission end (1) and the infrared light reception end (10) are disposed on inner surfaces on different sides of the U-shaped structure, and the transparent container (11) in which the glucose injection (12) to be measured is placed is disposed on the bottom of the U-shaped structure, so that the measurement of the concentration of the glucose in the glucose injection (12) to be measured is facilitated, and a cap of the transparent container (11) does not need to be opened, convenience is brought and resources are not wasted.
