An express delivery service platform, comprising: a session module (1) for providing information exchange between a buyer, a seller and an express delivery provider; a buyer module (2) for providing the buyer with an express delivery service; a seller module (4) for providing the seller with an express delivery service; an express delivery provider module (3) for providing the express delivery provider with an express delivery order service; a registration module (5) for providing a registration service for the buyer module, the seller module and the express delivery provider module; a verification module (6) for providing the registration module with a verification service; and a management module (7) for managing the express delivery service platform. The express delivery service platform and the express delivery service method realizes information symmetry between the buyer, the seller and the express delivery provider, thus providing a service platform having highly effective management, reasonable allocation and precise service, and increasing the efficiency of the express delivery service.
