Disclosed are a backplane connector assembly and a backplane connector female end (10). The backplane connector female end (10) comprises: a female end body (11), provided with a connecting surface (12) and a welding surface (13) arranged oppositely, and the female end body (11) being further provided with a plurality of terminal holes (14) penetrating through the connecting surface (12) and the welding surface (13), with female terminals (15) being accommodated in the terminal holes (14); a backplane connector male end body (21), provided with a plug-connecting surface (22) and a compression-connecting surface (23) arranged oppositely, wherein the plug-connecting surface (22) and the connecting surface (12) are arranged oppositely, the plug-connecting surface (22) is provided with plug pins (24), the plug pins (24) extend into the terminal holes (14), and the plug pins (24) are connected to the female terminals (15), the compression-connecting surface (23) is provided with male terminals (25), and the plug pins (24) are connected to the male terminals (25); and a locking portion, comprising two locking fasteners (16) fixed on two sides of the female end body (11) and two locking grooves (26) fixed in two sides of the male end body (21), wherein the locking fasteners (16) are mounted in the locking grooves (26) in a plug-in manner, baffle plates (29) are provided in the locking grooves (26), the locking fasteners (16) comprise fixing portions close to the welding surface (13) and elastic arms (161) extending from the fixing portions to the connecting surface (12), the elastic arms (161) are provided with fasteners (162), the elastic arms (161) are located in the locking grooves (26), and the fasteners (162) clamp and butt against the baffle plates (29).
