Provided are a data query method and apparatus and a data query processing method and apparatus. The data query method comprises: a superior system in a non-session-based system batching sent first query requests to an inferior system, with the first query request being used for requesting that data supporting batch query is queried; the superior system receiving a first query result sent, according to the batched query requests, by the inferior system; the superior system sending a second query request to the inferior system, with the second query request being used for requesting that data, apart from the first query result, in the data supporting batch query is queried; and the superior system receiving a second query result sent, according to the second query request, by the inferior system. By means of the method, the problems in the related art, such as a complex query process, a low query efficiency and a serious burden on a network system, existing during a data query process of a non-session-based network system are solved.
