Provided are a method and device for processing page content, a master node, a slave node and a storage medium. The method comprises: a master node of a forward broadcast system acquiring the page content of a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) page in the forward broadcast system; and the master node sending the page content to the slave node of the forward broadcast system by means of multicast or broadcast, wherein the slave node is used to feed back, to the user terminal, the page content corresponding to the HTTP request under the trigger of an HTTP request sent by the user terminal. By using the technical solution, the problem in the related art that the HTTP page acceleration technique cannot effectively adapt to the bandwidth limited system is solved, thereby saving on the bandwidth traffic, so that the user HTTP access acceleration can be realized where bandwidth consumption is reduced.
