A functional magnetic resonance imaging quality detection body model and method. The body model comprises two independent shells moveably connected to each other. A BOLD simulation signal module is provided in a first shell, and a basic imaging detection module is provided in a second shell. The BOLD simulation signal module comprises a positioning accuracy testing assembly and a BOLD signal simulation assembly. The positioning accuracy testing assembly comprises two positioning blocks that are placed crosswise. Wedge-shaped channels formed by isosceles right triangle blocks are provided on the positioning blocks. The BOLD signal simulation assembly comprises an artificial brain used for functional magnetic resonance imaging. The functional magnetic resonance imaging quality detection body model and method can simulate a change in human body BOLD signal and imitate a cerebral active region in a magnetic resonance system, and is suitable for test, analysis and research on the accuracy, reliability and repeatability of cerebral function imaging.
