An air-supported structure (10), and air supply pipeline structure (300) thereof. The air-supported structure (10) comprises a fan (100), and a structural fabric main body (200). The air supply pipeline structure (300) comprises an expandable and contractible air supply pipe (310), a support frame (320), and a fastening ring. During operation of the fan (100), an airflow from the fan (100) passes through the expandable and contractible air supply pipe (310) and then an air inlet (210), and enters an internal cavity of the structural fabric main body (200). The structural fabric main body (200) has a stable shape after inflated. The air supply pipeline (310) is located above the ground. Therefore, the present invention enables fast and convenient air supply to an internal cavity of the structural fabric main body (200) without establishing an underground air supply pipe, thus reducing construction complexity and costs.
