Disclosed are an air-supported structure and a foundation base and door structure thereof, the door structure (200) comprising a mounting base (220), a first door assembly (240) and a second door assembly (260). The mounting base (220) is connected to an air membrane body (20), and the mounting base (220) is provided with an entrance (222) and an exit (224) as well as a chamber (226) communicating the entrance (222) and the exit (224). The entrance (222) is used to communicate with the outside, and the exit (224) is used to communicate with the interior of the air membrane body (20). The first door assembly (240) comprises a first membrane (242) and a first zip fastener (244), the first membrane (242) being mounted on the mounting base (220) for sealing the entrance (222), and the first zip fastener (244) being arranged on the first membrane (242) to enable the first membrane (242) to be opened and closed. The second door assembly (260) comprises a second membrane (262) and a second zip fastener (264), the second membrane (262) being mounted on the mounting base (220) for sealing the exit (224), and the second zip fastener (264) being arranged on the second membrane (262) to enable the second membrane (262) to be opened and closed. Since the air-supported structure is entered and exited through the two zip-fastener doors, air leakage is less when people and materials enter and exit the air-supported structure. The zip fasteners and the membranes are fitted to be a sealing structure with a good sealing effect, a simple structure and a low cost.
