The present invention relates to a method for the production of a road surface, the surface of which comprises pipes of a heat exchanger device. The method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps: a) at a temperature below 160°C, spreading bituminous mixtures comprising a granular fraction, a bituminous binder, said bituminous mixtures being workable and having a workability of less than 400N, measured with a Nynas workability meter at the use temperature of the bituminous mixtures; subsequently, b) depositing pipes, said pipes having a compression strength greater than 3000N per linear metre of pipe at 100°C, thermal expansion of less than 200.10-6 K-1 at 20°C, such that the pipes can be embedded even in the absence of a cooling means or pressure application means; subsequently, c) embedding the deposited pipes in the integration layer by compacting the bituminous mixtures during the workability period thereof, in order to form an integration layer comprising pipes of a heat exchanger device; and, subsequently, d) applying a surface layer thereabove for the road surface, in particular a surface course. The present invention also relates to a method for recycling a road surface.
