The present invention relates to a system for computerizing taekwondo Poom and Dan promotion tests and an operation method therefor, the present invention being implemented in order to enable testing the Poom and Dan promotions of applicants who have applied to the taekwondo Poom and Dan promotion tests, and to enable retrieving personal identification results, scores and pass/fail results of the applicants, wherein the system comprises: an administrator terminal device which receives applicant information via an input means and requests applicant registration, and receives applicant identification information via the input means and notifies of attendance confirmation; an examiner terminal device which receives score information via the input means and requests score registration; a central processing device which receives the applicant registration request from the administrator terminal device and registers the applicant information, is notified by the administrator terminal device of the applicant identification information and reads and outputs the applicant information, and receives the score registration request from the examiner terminal device and registers the score information; a memory device which stores the applicant information and the score information transferred from the central processing device; and an output device which receives the applicant information from the central processing device and outputs same on a screen.
