Disclosed is a class of pyrazole compounds of formula (I) having a p38α inhibitory effect, and included are uses of the compounds in the field of p38α-related diseases, such as various inflammatory diseases and immunological abnormalities. In addition, also disclosed are the synthesis and preparation method for the series of pyrazole compounds.
