The present invention relates to an oncolytic virus comprising a polynucleotide for coding a polypeptide in which any one or more among the 179th, 204th, 208th, and 213th amino acid residues in an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is substituted by another amino acid residue. In addition, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the oncolytic virus and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for killing tumor cells, the method comprising a step of infecting the tumor cells by contacting the tumor cells with the oncolytic virus.
