A cooling system (16), lamp head main element of stage lamp having same, and waterproof stage lamp. The cooling system (16) comprises a heat transferring substrate (1) and a cooling assembly (2). The cooling assembly (2) is provided on one side of the heat transferring substrate (1) A first through hole (3) is provided on the heat transferring substrate (1). A movable member used to open or close the first through hole (3) is provided on the cooling assembly (2) at a position corresponding to the first through hole (3). The cooling system (16) of the present invention has a simple structure, is easy to use, and enables a light source assembly (15) to be removed and replaced or repaired without fully disassembling components at a lower portion of a lamp head main element of a stage lamp, such as the cooling system (16).
