An endoscopic cap with an attached elevator is provided which can be easily attached to and detached from the distal end of an endoscope. This endoscopic cap (50) can be attached to and detached from an endoscope provided with a lever rotatably provided on the distal end of an insertion unit (30) of the endoscope and a rotating part for rotating said lever, wherein the endoscopic cap (50) is provided with a bottomed cylinder-shape cover (52) which has an open end (56) that can be detachably attached on the distal end of the insertion unit (30) of the endoscope, a first engagement unit which is provided on the inner surface of the cylindrical part of the cover (52), an elevator (80) which has a lever connection portion connected to the lever and which is rotatably fixed inside of the cover (52), and a flexible part (48) which is provided in the cylindrical part of the cover (52) and which is more easily flexed by outside force than other parts along the circumferential direction of said cylindrical part.
