The present invention relates to a vehicle smart key and a vehicle smart key manufacturing device and manufacturing method, the vehicle smart key comprising: a substrate part having a component mounted on both sides thereof; a case part for covering one side of the substrate part; a sheet part attached to the case part and covering the other side of the substrate part; a battery part inserted in the case part; and an auxiliary key part inserted in the case part, and thus the present invention may allow for reducing the thickness of the case part and preventing foreign substances from entering into the substrate part.
