A 3D printing system on the basis of multi-axis coordinated control and machine vision measurement, comprising a machine frame (10), a working bench for use in placing an artificial bone support, a printing device (40) arranged above the working bench, a material conveying device for use in conveying printing materials, image capturing devices (50), a drive mechanism for adjusting the orientation of the printing device (40) and a control system (70); the printing device (40), the material conveying device, the image capturing devices (50) and the drive mechanism are all connected to the control system (70), the working bench is a six-degree-of-freedom parallel platform (30) which is connected to the machine frame (10), the drive mechanism is a six-axis robotic arm (20), and the printing device (40) is connected to the six-axis robotic arm (20). When in use, the artificial bone support is placed on the six-degree-of-freedom parallel platform (30), the position of the printing device (40) is controlled by means of the six-axis robotic arm (20), and precise control of the spatial position of a printing nozzle of the printing device (40) is achieved by means of cooperation between the six-degree-of-freedom parallel platform (30) and the six-axis robotic arm (20), so as to achieve three-dimensional patterned printing on complex and fine artificial bone surfaces and porous structure internal surfaces.
