Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a data forwarding apparatus, and data forwarding method, device, and system. The data forwarding apparatus comprises a signal transmitter and camera. The signal transmitter comprises a main control chip, a Bluetooth chip, and a light emitter. The Bluetooth chip and light emitter are connected to the main control chip. The data forwarding apparatus enables, by means of a communicative combination of the light emitter and camera, forwarding of a notification message received by a first terminal to a second terminal to be displayed thereon. For example, the present invention enables forwarding of a notification message received by a smart phone to be displayed on a computer for all systems, thus providing superior compatibility, and enabling a user to immediately obtain a notification message received by a cell phone while working on a computer without frequently checking the cell phone. In this way, the present invention prevents influences on working efficiency of the user. In addition, Bluetooth communication is employed instead of a WiFi router, such that the present invention is applicable in scenarios having no WiFi connectivity, consumes low power, and protects information security of a user.
