An active heat dissipation type light-emitting diode (LED) display screen panel, comprising an LED lamp board (1), a power supply (2) and a mask (3); the LED lamp board (1) is provided with a driving IC (11), an LED lamp beads and a driving circuit thereon. Also comprised is a substrate (4) made of a heat dissipation material, and a framework (5) is mounted on the substrate (4); the LED lamp board (1) is mounted on the framework (5), the power supply (2) is mounted on a back surface of the substrate (4), and the mask (3) covers one side of the LED lamp board (1) facing away from the substrate (4); the driving IC (11) on the LED lamp board (1) is in direct contact with the substrate (4) or is connected to the substrate (4) by means of a first heat conducting part. The active heat dissipation type LED display screen panel has the advantages of a simple and compact structure, good heat dissipation performance, and low manufacturing and operation cost.
