A hydrogen-enriching cup, provided with an electrolytic structure in a base (100) thereof. The electrolytic structure comprises a motherboard (10) and a platinum titanium mesh structure (20). The motherboard (10) is fixed on the back side of the base (100) away from the water. The platinum titanium mesh (20) is provided toward the water side of the base (100), and is electrically connected to the motherboard (10). The platinum titanium mesh (20) comprises a first platinum titanium mesh (21), a second platinum titanium mesh (22), and an ion exchange membrane (23). The first platinum titanium mesh (21) and the second platinum titanium mesh (22) sandwich the ion exchange membrane (23). The platinum titanium mesh (21) is electrically connected to a cathode of the motherboard (10). The second platinum titanium mesh (22) is electrically connected to an anode of the motherboard (10).
