The present invention relates to the geometrical construction of solar cell. The proposed technology incorporates the 3-dimensional globule structured solar cell to trap maximum solar radiation falling on the surface of solar panel. The Globule construction of solar cell acts like a blackbody for solar radiation. The maximum efficiency achieved by blackbody construction is 98%. In the proposed invention solar cell with globule structure is encapsulate in square or rectangular slab made up of transparent material. The top surface of slab is having lenses to concentrate solar radiation and redirect it to enter into the inside cavity of solar cell through the opening of solar cell. In which some radiations are absorbed by photovoltaic materials in solar cell and some is absorbed by Quantum dots. Thus, solar cell using this construction will achieve maximum conversion efficiency without loss of solar radiation. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing 3-dimensional spherical globule structured solar cell arrangement, Figure 2 of sheet 1 showing top layer arrangement of lenses and Figure 3 of sheet 2 showing Cross sectional view of one solar cell.
