A device for repelling mosquitoes by using electronic infrared ray sensing and ultrasonic waves in an elevator car comprises a device body (1) and a built-in circuit (4). A drug release outlet (2) is formed in the upper surface of the device body (1). An ultrasonic transmitter (22) is disposed on one side of the drug release outlet (2). A plug groove (23) is formed in a side surface of the device body (1). A turning plug (3) is disposed outside the plug groove (23). A buzzer (5) is disposed on the side surface of the device body (1). A slot (6) is formed on the side surface of the device body (1). A drug storage box (7) is disposed in the slot (6). A display (8), an indicating lamp (10) and an infrared sensor (9) are disposed on the front side of the device body (1). The built-in circuit (4) is disposed in the device body (1). The device for repelling mosquitoes is safe; without participation of a person, after an attack object is determined by means of infrared rays, an mosquito repelling original liquid is decomposed into small-molecule structures by means of ultrasonic vibrations, so that a mosquito repelling element quickly acts on a central nerve system of a mosquito, a sensing system of the mosquito is destroyed and the mosquito loses the function for searching for a suction object and the function for sucking blood.
