An electric refrigerator truck, comprising an electric vehicle (1), a semiconductor cooler (2), and a water cooling module (3). The water cooling module (3) comprises a main water tank (31), a first water pump (32), multiple levels of heat-exchanging water cushions (33), and a gas pump. Multiple supporting airbags (35) are distributed in the heat-exchanging water cushions (33). The heat-exchanging water cushions (33) are provided with a water intake opening and a water return opening. The water intake opening is connected to the first water pump (32) via a corresponding solenoid valve. The water return opening is connected to the main water tank (31) via a corresponding solenoid valve. The first water pump (32) is connected to the main water tank (31). Multiple air springs (36) are provided below the heat-exchanging water cushions (33). The air springs (36) and the support airbags (35) respectively are connected to the air pump via corresponding solenoid valves. The multiple levels of heat-exchanging water cushions (33) are stacked together. A cool extremity of the semiconductor cooler (2) is embedded in the main water tank (31). The electric vehicle is provided with a machine compartment (11) and a cargo container (12). The semiconductor cooler (2), the main water tank (31), the first water pump (32), and the gas pump are arranged in the machine compartment; and the heat-exchanging water cushions (33) are arranged in the cargo container (12).
