A remote blood sugar monitoring and processing method, and a mobile terminal (3). The method comprises: obtaining historical user blood sugar data stored in a non-invasive blood sugar device which has established a data connection with the mobile terminal (3), the user blood sugar data being stored according to time; analysing the historical user blood sugar data in order to determine a next abnormal blood sugar time; within a set time period from the next abnormal blood sugar time, sending a corresponding monitoring command to the non-invasive blood sugar device according to a preset timestamp. The method automatically predicts times when a diabetic becomes sick, increases the monitoring frequency within a time period of the next sickness, and improves the practicality of remote blood sugar monitoring and processing.
