A spindle compound motion parameter selecting method, a parameter selecting control device, and a compound motion system. The method comprises: performing analog simulation on multiple H-Z sharp knife removing functions separately, and drawing a variation curve of the warped edge residual rate TUR of each H-Z sharp knife removing function along with a grinding head extension rate S; and selecting, according to the variation curve, value ranges of the grinding head extension rate S, a grinding head eccentricity ratio e, and a sharp knife coefficient that reach a target value of the warped edge residual rate TUR for combining. The method can effectively inhibit the edge effect of an optical lens.
