A method and device for generating loading, push, and interaction information of service data. The method of generating loading information of service data comprises: downloading, by a terminal, and from a server, a service object, wherein the terminal has a user identifier, and the service object comprises service data and one or more candidate interaction information (201); acquiring preferred interaction information corresponding to the user identifier (202); querying candidate interaction information matching the preferred interaction information to serve as target interaction information (203); and loading, according to the target interaction information, the service data (204). The method utilizes user preference to dynamically select a suitable interaction method, preventing the issue of an interaction method being fixed owing to a preset interaction method, thereby enhancing flexibility of interaction methods.
