The invention relates to a tilting aid for rolling walkers (160), comprising at least one lifting arm (14) that has an end to be secured to said rolling walker, and a floor contact end (20), said lifting arm (14) being designed and sized such that when the tilting aid is correctly mounted on a rolling walker (160), its floor contact end (20) can pivot and/or be displaced between at least one rest position and one working position and, in this working position, said floor contact end (20) touches the floor (168) in front of or beneath the front wheels (12) of the rolling walker and the lifting arm (14) lifts the front wheels (12) off the floor.
