A moving frame of a small hydraulic jack, the moving frame comprising a pull rod (1), a chassis (2) and a universal wheel (3); the universal wheel (3) comprises a rear universal wheel (11) and a front universal wheel (10), and the diameter of the rear universal wheel (11) is greater than the diameter of the front universal wheel (10). The rear universal wheel (11) raises a rear end point of a base frame (7) higher than a front end point so that the center of gravity of a small hydraulic jack placed on the chassis (2) is close to the front universal wheel (10), thereby saving effort in pulling the moving frame.
