Disclosed is an acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) information detection method, the method comprising: obtaining bit soft information corresponding to ACK/NACK information on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); obtaining a detection value of the ACK/NACK information according to the square of the sum of all bits in the bit soft information and the sum of squares of all bits in the bit soft information; or amending the bit soft information, and obtaining a detection value of the ACK/NACK information according to the square of the sum of all bits in the amended bit soft information and the sum of squares of all bits in the bit soft information; and determining that ACK/NACK information exists on the PUSCH when the detection value of the ACK/NACK information is greater than a pre-set threshold value. Also disclosed are an ACK/NACK information detection apparatus and a storage medium.
