Disclosed are a lightning protection circuit and a lightning protection power supply using same. The lightning protection circuit comprises a varistor (24, 25, 41) and a spray point (21). The spray point (21) comprises a first conductor (22) and a second conductor (23) arranged oppositely. The spatial relative distance between the first conductor (22) and the second conductor (23) is set according to the lightning protection grade. The bonding pad spacing of the first conductor (22) and the second conductor (22) is set according to the creepage distance or the insulating grade. The lightning protection circuit and the lightning protection power supply using same can meet the lightning protection requirements of the first type of power supply and the safety requirements of the second type of power supply at the same time.
