The invention relates to a stent graft system (1) for supporting a blood vessel of a patient, having a first hollow cylindrical stent graft element (11) and at least one second hollow cylindrical stent graft element (12) which can be connected to the first stent graft element (11) and which is arranged substantially parallel to the first stent graft element (11) when connected to the first stent graft element (11) and is fluidically connected to same. The second stent graft element (12) has at least one fenestration (121) which is used to fluidically connect the second stent graft element (12) to at least one blood vessel outlet (92) with a diameter of less than 4 mm.
