Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications, and provide a VPN transmission tunnel scheduling method and device, and VPN client-end server, used to solve the problems of potential poor transmission efficiency and transmission quality for data transmitted in existing VPN tunnels in the prior art. The method comprises: acquiring, at a routing location, access logs and detection data of each tunnel between a VPN client end and a VPN service end for accessing a target address; and analyzing the access logs and detection data, and generating, according to the analysis result, routing information to select, according to the routing information, a corresponding tunnel to transmit data of an access to the target address. The present invention is used to schedule VPN transmission tunnels.
