Provided are a train control method, TCMS, VOBC, and a train. The method comprises: obtaining a train current speed according to a train control request sent from an on-board control system (101); obtaining level information for the train control according to the train current speed, the train control request, and a preset control algorithm (102); and using the level information to control the train (103). The TCMS generates control information directly from the control request to control the running of the train, thereby reducing the delay in relaying feedback to the TCMS through a relay during VOBC control, being capable of controlling the running distance of the train more accurately and improving the accuracy of the control.
