METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EVALUATING SERVICE QUALITY OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM

A method and apparatus for evaluating the service quality of a public transport system, applicable to the field of data processing. In said evaluation method, by means of acquiring basic data within a transport system which may be acquired and updated in real-time, said acquired basic data is substituted into a pre-established index evaluation model, thus acquiring assessment scores for a plurality of evaluation indexes. An evaluation result for the service quality of the public transport system may be obtained according to the assessment scores for the evaluation indexes calculated by the index evaluation model and corresponding evaluation index weightings. Said evaluation method is capable of calculating an evaluation result of a public transport system by means of data gathered from an electronic system in real-time together with an index evaluation model, greatly improving the efficiency, accuracy, convenience and popularization of evaluating the service quality of public transport systems.
