Disclosed are a dual-frequency-band micro-strip antenna and an unmanned aerial vehicle using same. The dual-frequency-band micro-strip antenna comprises: a substrate; a first frequency-band micro-strip antenna arranged on the front surface of the substrate for generating a first frequency-band resonance; a second frequency-band micro-strip antenna arranged on the back surface of the substrate for generating a second frequency-band resonance and a second frequency-band high-order resonance, wherein a high-order resonance of the second frequency-band resonance is used for being superposed with the first frequency-band resonance; and a coaxial feeding wire for feeding the first frequency-band micro-strip antenna and the second frequency-band micro-strip antenna. The embodiments of the present invention can broaden the pitch surface wave width of the dual-frequency-band micro-strip antenna in the first frequency-band resonance, so as to maintain a stable signal when the antenna is in an inclined state.
