The invention relates to accessories consisting of guides that allow holes to be made in the bone without an implant being touched and affected. The guides comprise at least means for joining to the implant and at least one lateral perforation, wherein the means for joining to the implant can be by means of a vertical central internally threaded perforation in collaboration with a screw or by means of a threaded rod (70) that emerges from the lower part of the guide. The guide can be a guide external to the implant or a guide internal to the implant. If a central vertical perforation is used as means for joining the guide to the implant, a screw having a frustoconical head (56, 61) is used, independently of whether the guide is external or internal.
